As well as developing properties for ourselves and our partner company Lexham Stone, Mark Stone Homes Ltd is also a first class building contractor. With a high volume of contracting work under-taken over two decades, we promise the same quality & standards in other developments as we do in our own.

We have completed three very different developments now on behalf of Leywood Developments Ltd. The first in 2015 was in Chesham Bois, where we constructed a c.5,000 sq/ft detached property.  We then went on in 2016/7 to build a 14-unit development in High Wycombe town centre and most recently completed the build of a cottage in Great Haseley.
